AP Compensation Consulting
Angie Perschnick is a Principal Consultant and Owner of AP Compensation Consulting LLC. She has over 15 years of experience in compensation and other areas of human resources, and she has worked in compensation consulting for over 9 years.
While compensation work is her primary focus, she also has experience in FLSA determination and documentation, job description development, benefits administration, and merger and acquisition processes related to compensation and staffing. Her compensation work has included job analysis and evaluation for all levels of jobs, market analysis and internal job comparisons, review and design of base compensation programs, executive compensation, international compensation and sales compensation. In addition, she has expertise with survey administration and developing custom surveys. This includes experience with fast turnaround surveys and larger association salary surveys as well.
Prior to opening AP Compensation, Angie worked in both consulting and staff compensation roles with a variety of organizations. She has diverse industry experience working with staff and leaders in financial services, health care, agribusiness, telecommunications, software, manufacturing, and nonprofits.
Angie holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations (MA-HRIR) from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Psychology from the University of Minnesota. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Twin Cities Compensation Network (TCCN) previously and continues to be a member of that professional association. She earned her CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) designation in 2016.
